Welcome to the Designing Collaboration Teams Accelerator Bot on Microsoft Teams.

Innosis Limited has a subscription to Microsoft Teams (“Teams”) and has built this Bot to enable you, as an authorised user (“User”) of Innosis Limited, to access and use the Bot under our account.

These Terms of Use govern your use of our Bot. Please read the Terms of Use carefully before proceeding.

Please also read our Privacy Statement which explains how your personal data is used.

You are referred to in these Terms of Use as “you”, “your” etc or the “User”.

Innosis Limited is referred to in these Terms of Use as “we”, “us”, “our” etc.

a. Acceptable use – things you must not do when using the Bot

Do Not:

do anything illegal.
engage in any activity that exploits, harms or threatens to harm children.
send spam. Spam is unwanted or unsolicited bulk email, postings, contact requests, SMS (text messages) or instant messages.
publicly display or use the Bot to share any inappropriate content or other material (involving, for example, nudity, bestiality, pornography, offensive language, graphic violence or criminal activity).
engage in activity that is fraudulent, false or misleading (e.g. asking for money under false pretences, impersonating someone else, manipulating the Bot to affect rankings, ratings or comments).
engage in activity that is harmful to you, the Bot or others (e.g. transmitting viruses, stalking, posting terrorist or violent extremist content, communicating hate speech or advocating violence against others).
infringe the rights of others (e.g, unauthorised sharing of copyrighted music or other copyrighted material).
engage in activity that violates the privacy of others.
wilfully circumvent any restrictions on access to or availability of the Bot, nor circumvent or bypass any technological protection measures in or relating to any software or the Bot.
disassemble, decompile, decrypt, hack, emulate, exploit or reverse engineer any software or other aspect of the Bot that is included in or accessible through the Bot.
help others break these rules.

b. Other Innosis Limited Policies.

In addition you must at all time comply with the following Innosis Limited policies.

c. User Content – rights and license for us to use your content.

You are solely responsible for all content you post, share or otherwise submit via the Bot (“User Content”). You must obtain and maintain all rights in your User Content as necessary for you to post, share or otherwise submit the content on the Bot and for us and Microsoft to use it as set out below.

Whilst you or the relevant third party retain ownership of your User Content, you grant us and Microsoft a worldwide and royalty free intellectual property licence to use your User Content in order to provide access to and use of the Bot. This will include, for example, the right to make copies of, retain, transmit, reformat, distribute via and display your User Content on the Bot.

d. Responsibility for access to your account and your login details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any non-public login details and/or passwords associated with your account and your use of the Bot; and you are responsible for all activity under your login details except cause by failure by us or Microsoft.

You must promptly notify your manager about any possible misuse of your account or login details and/or passwords or any security incident related to the Bot.

e. No Liability to you.

Access to the Bot is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties or promises as to functionality, availability or otherwise. We can't guarantee the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and we exclude any implied warranties.

We are not responsible for other users’ content or actions, nor any links or third party content posted or contributed by other users. Such content and activities are neither attributable to us nor do they represent our opinion(s).

We will not be liable to you in any way in relation to your use of or access to the Bot.

f. Suspension of access.

We may suspend access to or terminate your use of the Bot at any time for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.
